Can Pedrera

Heritage house built n 1914 by a Mallorcan family returning from Cuba, their colonial influence still visible in the symmetry, the wrought-iron balcony and the warm local sandstone that glows in the afternoon sun.

For decades she stood untouched, her shutters hanging loose, her walls darkened by time. Until someone saw what she could be again - her curves, her craftsmanship, her quiet nobility.

Today she stands restored with care: the original shutters, the blown-glass panes, the iron balustrade with its floral motifs, the protected sandstone façade cleaned gently by hand to reveal her true, honey-coloured surface.
