Can Jordi is a traditional village house in the heart of Sa Cabaneta, Marratxí. Built in 1930, it retains many original features, including stone walls, wooden beams and handmade tiles.

The house is organised around a quiet patio with a swimming pool, creating a private and peaceful outdoor space. It currently offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a layout shaped by its history as a family home.

Full of character and natural light, the house reflects a simple Mediterranean way of living. At the same time, it offers great potential for renovation, allowing the next owner to adapt and reimagine the space while preserving its original charm.
